[Marvel/Deadpool] (No Spoilers) How Deadpool breaks the 4th-Wall

One of Deadpool's most famous characteristics is his ability to break the 4th-Wall. He also hears voices. Auditory hallucinations (i.e. hearing voices) is the most well known symptom of Schizophrenia. A rare symptom of Schizophrenia is the Truman Show Delusion, which causes the sufferers to believe that they are the focus of a reality show. My theory is that Deadpool has an alternative form of TSD, which causes him to believe that he's a comic book character.
