Broken Crafty

Hi all,

So I purchased a crafty from Puffitup and it is no longer heating and flashing red/yellow whenever I try to turn it on. Given that I am still under warranty, do I contact Storz & Bickel about information on repair/replacement or do I go directly to Puffitup? Not having my vaporizer makes me so sad! lol
