AI mod used on Luetin's Zeus missions?

So lately Luetin09 (YouTuber/Twitch(er)) has been using an AI mod on "his" servers. Does anyone know what it is? It doesn't seem like one I've ever seen as the AI don't get "stuck" in one place. They actually OBEY ORDERS. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
