Making a black cherry / buckwheat mead. Suggestions?

Wanting to do a 1 gallon batch 3-4 lb buckwheat honey with Pasteurized black cherry juice (how much though?) with lalvin d47 (other suggestions?). Top off with spring water. Do I need other elements? (teaspoon of nutrient? I have just a generic nutrient not sure what) What am I missing?
