[DIPLOMACY]To Ghana

We are very happy to see your war is over, but we are disappointed to see that you are now limited in your defense, we offer to create fake specs for a fake variant of the Santa Maria Class Frigate in order to be allowed to sell it to you and for it to pass through the AU peacekeepers without raising eyebrows. We will also be willing to sell them to you at a small loss in order to keep you armed. Sales of these ships of course can not begin until the UN arms embargo is lifted but we wanted to get a head start.
