Asian fonts/settings in Word 2016 for Mac

Hello Worders,

So I'm having two difficulties upon my recent upgrade to Word 2016 for Mac. First, the Normal Style seems to be using a kind of Asian typography. When I go in to modify the Normal style, I get: "Font:(Asian) + Theme Body Asian (DengXian). Why is this?

My second problem also relates to Asian fonts. Back on Word 2011, Math Autocorrect defaulted to Cambria Math font, but Word 2016 uses MS Mincho, with apparently no way to change the default back to Cambria Math.

Does anyone have knowledge/a fix for either issue?

(BTW, in case it's important, I updated to Word 2016 via Amazon download.
