Quick! How can I remove an ombre!?

My girlfriend just got her ombre done (I'm not knowledgeable when it comes to hair so I'm pretty sure its this.) and she immediately called me to tell me they did a terrible job.

This was done just an hour or two ago, how can I fix the situation?

Edit: She's just informed me it's bleached (I think)

Edit 2: After receiving a picture it appears to be very orange...
