Healthcare IT

Hey everyone, I recently have found myself laid off due to a corporate buyout and restructuring. As a result, I'm looking at pursuing new opportunities in the area. I would really like to try a career shift to IT, particularly in the healthcare sector. Many hospitals outsource their basic IT functions to 3rd parties, so options are limited when searching actual organization sites (such as Mercy). Do any of you know which IT organizations service different hospitals/healthcare facilities in the area? If I had an idea who was where, I would know where to start looking.
