Neither facebook messenger and Netflix will open in latest build

Last build it was only Netflix that would not open even after reinstall, now with this latest build today I cannot open facebook messenger even after reinstall. Is microsoft completely breaking compatibility with 8.1 apps in these new builds or what am I doing wrong?
