Building my first deck in 4 years!

So I'm building my very first deck in four years. I got one of the intro decks for Shadows Over Innistrad - Vampiric Thirst, as well as the Fat Pack and got some decent cards out of it - but nothing too special (Save that sweet new Planeswalker Werewolf!) I really like the Innistrad block, so I got to thinking about building my first deck in almost 4 years. I used to play a blue / black control deck, but now I'm thinking that I want to do a blue / black / white (just a splash of lands that create white for spells and creatures) Vampire control.

Can you guys help me out with the building of this deck? I'd like the main theme of the deck to be controlling the opponents side of the board with spells like murder, and debuffs while boosting my creatures.
