Minor problem with Extension(s) or Twitch itself

I've only got to notice this until much later, and I don't know if it's a problem with either of the extensions I use, a problem with my Chrome, Twitch itself just being stupid, or even a problem with my connection.

So, I believe this is part of an extention, and whenever you hover your mouse upon any emote, it'd tell you the name of the emote and channel, or let you know if it's a global/BTTV emote, and it'd apply for badges in chat as well. For some reason, this "feature" stopped working out of the blue, and now whenever I hover upon an emote, nothing shows up. I've looked up if anyone has ever experienced this, but no luck.

Here's my extentions: Adblock Plus, BTTV emotes for FFZ, Dark Skin for Youtube, FFZ, Notifier for Twitter and Twitch Live. My chrome version is 50.0.2661.75 m.

I'm sorry if this doesn't make any sense at all, I don't know what to call this "feature", nor do I have any screenshots of it.
