Please help me to understand how to lay out my scientific article for this journal!

So I am writing up my dissertation for my Uni and the guidelines are: I have to find a journal that is suitable for my chosen research (to be theoretically published in), so I have to set my disseratition article out so it follows the said journals author guidelines- if that makes sense

Basically just act as if I want to publish my article in Fish and Fisheries (my chosen journal)

I'm struggling to follow these guidelines and I'm unsure how to set my document out so it compiles with the journal.

How should the title page look?
