DS Xbox Code

So I just beat Dark Souls again to get ready for 3. Had to wait because USPS lost my first order. Anyways! I see that DS3 comes with a code to download DS. Correct me if I'm wrong. But I have no use for it. Would anyone like it? Maybe someone who hasn't played it before?
