Need some tips

I took the February ACT test and was proud of my English and Math Score (both above 32s);however, my Reading and Science Scores are lacking (26 and 25 respectively). I've been taking a bunch of practice tests, and I've only improved to 27 on Reading and 30 on Science.

During practice, while I've noticed that time was a big issue, it seems that I'm also struggling arriving at the right answer. When I would run out of time (usually in the middle of the last section), I would continue to answer the question at a much more relaxed pace and check my work after. That didn't help at all. Even after spending a lot of time understanding why I'm getting it wrong, I still struggle in these two sections.

TLDR: Need tips on Reading and Science time-wise and content-wise.
