Phone frozen, blank black screen

I am beyond speechless. I pick up my brand new Galaxy S7 only to find its at a black screen, completely frozen, sometimes the lights blink or i can feel a vibrate. FUCK THIS SHIT. I had a beat up old cracked Galaxy S4 and was finally forced to upgrade and this is fucking incredible how shitty this is. After a google search i found holding the lock button and the volume down button for 15 or so seconds and the screen woke back up. Dear SAMSUNG....GO FUCK YOURSELF
