No show matches getting cancelled.

Hi I have a question regarding no show matches. Multiple times in the last few months we have games that get scheduled and the other team usually hosts the first map because my team is quite high up on the ladder, and the team just doesn't invite us even after we message them and ask them to invite us. I know they do this on purpose because every single time this has happened the match has been cancelled after a dispute because the match was never played. I always send in proof of them not inviting us after the 15 minute grace period and pictures of messages I send them with no response. I just would like to know how to approach these matches in the future because the way it is set up now, if a team thinks they will lose and doesn't want to play, they can simply just not invite the other team, dispute and get the match cancelled because every ticket that comes back from a referee says the match is cancelled because it was not completed. Even when I have evidence the match always gets cancelled and its very frustrating how should I go about writing tickets for when this happens?
