I want to bet on my arena fights.

Or at least, I want there to be a bookie stall where people in my settlements can make bets and then I can earn some caps from the fights.

I already have my arena surrounded with bars, and weapons and armor stands. I want to make at least one settlement that is just all about the fights, in true vicious wasteland form.
