PVC figure prices

I have recently gotten the urge to start collecting pvc figures of my favorite girl, Rin-chan, but looking on ebay I have seen some figures from China that sell for as low as 20 and the exact same figures from Japan that sell for almost 200.

Could someone with experience tell me if there is an obvious difference in quality? Because I would obviously much rather spend 30 than 200 if the quality is the same.

Thanks for your input!
