Worth buying on PC or should I just get it for PS4?

I really would like to play on pc, however after reading about all the PC issues I am wondering if I should just get it for PS4? Are the bugs and crashes as bad as everyone says? I played DS-1 and DS-2 on PC and would love to have all 3 in my steam library but I also am conflicted about giving money to a company that released a (apparently) broken game.
