ELI5: Do dogs have a sense of long term time?

Hey everyone, so I know that dogs must have some sort of internal clock, because mine knows everyday when it's time to eat or go out, but does this internal clock last longer than on a daily basis? The reason I ask is because I recently subscribed to BarkBox, and the first box came in today. He was obviously super excited and all, but over time will he remember the day of the month each box comes?
