Anyone having the same problem today?

I cannot follow, like or even change my bio for some reason. A message prompt appeared and it says that my profile contained a link that is not allowed which is weird since I don't have any links connected with profile except my email address. I haven't been using my account that much. I saw some tweets regarding the issue as well. What might be the problem? Help!
