[21M] Emotionally abused as teen until today?

Writing from a phone, so please excuse typos. Anyways, since I was a young teen, about 14, my mother has almost daily hurled a lot of insults my way, from the son of a bitch to things like moron, bastard, and retard. In addition, a lot of the time when she speaks to me she begins screaming at me, and accusing me of having many psychological disorders (paranoia, narcissism, things like that.) I hadn't even realized it until recently, but with how constant it is, how she always puts me down and doesn't acknowledge achievements, I think I've been and am being emotionally abused.

In addition, due to some very strict rules when growing up, I never really learned to drive, so I have trouble getting to and from work on the small town I lI've in, since the at no night busses, so I can't just move out because I rely on them for rides. I don't know what to do and could really use some help or advice.
