[Serious] From solo to teams

I have a chance to get back on the road after two years. It's team driving, OTR.

I've briefly done trainer/student teams at Werner but that was mainly so they'd get their hours done and they could get off my truck. As someone who's done solo for almost 7 years, what do I need to know before I share a truck with somebody again?
