Challenges progress not tracking? (Xbox One)

Has anyone else been having this problem? My challenges aren't tracking my progress and I even completed the requirements for the daily challenge but it did not register. Accomplishments like kill streaks and stuff like that seem to register, but not challenge progress. I've tried both restarting the game and my Xbox. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
