PTSD and coming out- Who can relate?

So i worker as a midlevel practitioner (health care provider) working on a psych ward. After moving up north from the deep south/bible belt I knew what I had gone through (mental abuse and threats after coming out at the age of 22) that I see that I went through (and am now hopefully snapping out of- night terrors/screaming/punching) are gone. Any medical people out there feel free to chime in I am a PA)
