Is the loss of pregnancy symptoms a bad sign?
I am 7 weeks pregnant with triplets. At 5 weeks I was phenomenally tired and barely able to function. Then nausea started to set it and I have been just tired and queasy 24/7. But all of a sudden for the past two days I have no symptoms at all and feel almost normal again. Has anyone ever been told that's a sign of impending miscarriage?
Update: I saw my RE on a Friday (the day after I posted this). Baby A and Baby B looked great, and Baby C was small and the heart rate had not gone up much since our first scan. I was violently ill over the weekend and had extremely minor spotting on Sunday. On Monday I went to an already scheduled appt with Maternal Fetal Medicine, by that time Baby C no longer had a heart beat.
Baby C was never really expected to survive and was weaker from the beginning.
Tuesday I had spotting that looked exactly like Sundays spotting and I panicked and went to my RE on Wednesday. The two babies look amazing and have grown since Monday in addition to an increase in heart rate.
The takeaways from this are that I do not believe that my initial loss of symptoms had anything to do Baby C, if that helps at all for anyone else asking this question. In addition, the spotting was not an indicator of loss either.
