[Suggestion] The ability to sell P2P items over the GE while in F2P.

I understand this has been brought up before, but I figured I would make a post about it. I have been playing the game for many years and I love the idea of membership bonds. Over the past couple weeks I have not been able to play very long, and I didn't sell enough of my bank to buy a bond in time. Well fast forward later to today, I try to use my bank account online but it won't let me, I can't even buy a bond. All of my GP is in P2P gear and since I'm in a F2P world I can't sell it. I'm sure others out there have been faced with a similar situation. It could easily be avoided by selling your gear before hand, but sometimes it just doesn't happen that way.

TL;DR I was wondering if it would be possible to sell P2P gear in F2P in the event that you need bond money.
