[Gloat?] Get to go in late to school this week & next :)

Waking up at 8:30 is a truly beautiful thing compared to waking up 6:20. If you're in, to put it simply, smart classes, you get to skip the stupid state testing that is going on this week in NJ, and thus get to come into school late after the test is over for those who are taking it.

Just 2 hours and I actually kind of like going to school. I feel awake, alert, and well-rested. I don't feel like skipping school every single day. School is tolerable, and as far as I can tell, it's all because of this later start. No more math tests at 7 AM!! Instead, it will be at 9:30 at the earliest. B E A U T I F U L.

Why is a later school start not a thing yet? I see old people always complaining on Facebook about how that would make "us kids" lazy and unprepared for the real world. Stupidest argument I've ever heard. School board people, please make this a thing.
