D4R-II issues. Any ideas?

So I've been having an issue with one of my D4R-II receivers and can't figure out what is happening. I wasn't having this issue until about a week ago and since then it has been getting worse.

-Turn on tx and quad and rx light goes green

-Take off

-Cause some shaking (I can easily reproduce by landing hard, but it has happened while flying)

-Rx light goes red and no longer responds to tx

-If I unplug and plug in the rx from the CC3D (I tried both the plug on the rx and CC3D) and light on rx goes green again and responds to tx

I've tried giggling the wires and plugs between the rx and fx to get it to fail or reset, but only shaking seems to cause it to fail and only unplugging and plugging back in the rx (or the whole quad) causes it to be fixed.

I tried rebinding the rx and tx again, but I still saw the same issue.

Any ideas on what's going on or things to try? I'm completely lost.
