PC Support [AMD Cpu+AMD Gpu pc users]

I'm surprised from the lack of posts regarding dark souls 3 issues with AMD cpu + gpu users.

Please post any fixes of significant value to help AMD users.

I'm currently useing AMD 8350 @4.7ghz + R9 Fury X 16GB ram 512GB SSD. I'm getting 40-55fps and dips into the 30fps range.
