[PSA/Suggestion] XP and Rep rewards drop off dramatically in Bot games after level 20.

I used to get pretty much the same rewards in both PvP and Bot games (with slightly more in PvP), but after hitting level 20 I noticed a massive drop off in both exp and reputation rewards. As an example I used to average (without a win bonus) around 1500xp and 700 rep. After level 20 its more like 300xp and 150 rep.

This is a PSA because if you are wanting to grind rep and experience, DO IT IN BOT GAMES BEFORE YOU HIT LEVEL 20. Most Bot games go between 20-25 minutes compared to the 30-45 min pvp games, so you get more XP and Rep/minute than otherwise. It didn't really matter before that this is the case, but now that it's only available until level 20, I suggest making use of it.

This is also a suggestion because I really think this is something that should be changed. I totally get having less xp and rep from bot games, but to have it be such a small fraction really discourages me from wanting to play bot games - EVER. What's wrong with that? Well - it means I don't want to sherpa new players nearly as often. It means I don't want to test new characters against bots. I'll be screwing around in PVP games while I test mechanics, just so that my 45 minutes isn't wasted.

I suggest that rather than it be a 75% drop off in rewards against bot games, make it more like a 50% or even 40%.

Receiving only 25% of the rewards makes me literally never want to play against bots anymore, but the thing is, bot games should still have a place in my gameplay after level 20.
