I was not offered an admission for not completing a course which I had completed?

Basically I was rejected and I was given the reasoning for not having completed Advanced Functions which I had completed. I did this course in grade 11 and I am not sure if the admissions missed it somehow. I've emailed them back but I am not get a reply. What should I do?
