SX Mini M Class Firmware Upgrade Help.

So I bought a SX Mini M Class from a guy and it was working fine in the original 1.4 firmware. After some research I wanted the new SX Pure option, the 75w, and etc so I decided to upgrade. After much frustration and with the help of PBusardo's video I figured out that I was using the SX-Q firmware upgrading software so I found the SXi software through a Google search and go it connected and upgraded. Things seemed to go well until I tried to change it to Power mode. Them I realized I couldn't, as well as bypass mode was missing, and when I tried to change the temperature in joules mode it was off (showing a variation of Chinese characters instead if the hundreds place and running continuously lower in numbers instead of being only 100-500 degrees or whatever the temp range is). So I tried changing it back to the old firmware and it had the same issue. Any ideas?
