how is bait in business?

After they opened up in Seattle I was excited to have a decent streetwear store in Seattle, but after having multiple pain in the ass situations with purchases/returns, Im over it. the kids they have in store are great, but the business is a joke.

The last was, my gf ordered two shoes. One of which, the one she actually wanted, was out of stock, but they waited until shipping to notify her. She just tried to return them in store and they would not let her.

This is a joke in regards to customer service for a couple people who have spent a few thousand in their biz since opening.
