24/yo Sissy Looking for a Dom - Ottawa

Hi I'm new to this. Have been hooked on Sissy Hypnos for quite some time and want to come out of the closet as a closet cross dresser from my room. I'm open minded and submissive and want to explore my feminine potential as a sissy slut. Curious about online doms, but kinda want to be in person with my mistress or master.
