Google services in Russia (?)

Are limitations to Google services (eg Docs, Drive, etc) in Russia? I'll be studying there this summer and plan on using my Chromebook.

My dad mentioned something he read suggesting some of the online features may not be available, but I can't find anything online to back that up.
