Is my current build compatible with this Video Card? ( And some other questions)

I'm on the hype train for the game "Stellaris" right now, so i went to check if my pc can run the game in "Can you RUN it" and it said my video card would not be able to support the game even tough the pixel shader, dedicated video RAM and vertex shader are okay. So i went to search towards a new video card and what i got was a "EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti", but i don't know if my current build is compatible with it. I have this right now: A cpu; Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80GHz RAM;4 System;64 bits If there is any more information needed i'll see if i can provide it, but any help would be great and i would be very fond of you
