My bridge thing has recently come a bit loose after 12 years. Im getting it replaced soon, but is this something to worry about, or is it normal?

I get really anxious about these teeth things, so am trying to avoid freaking out until my appointment. Im not very good at not freaking out.

Oh, and the only symptom besides it being slightly loose is some redness around the gums, which im guessisng is just from it moving around all the time.
