Failed first year of college at a CC. Need help with knowing where to continue my life.

Starting from about junior year I high school I did very poorly in school up into senior year. Realizing I messed up, I lived at home and attended school full time at a CC. I knew I was bad at school and ended the semester while working part time with very poor grades, about 1.5 gpa. I started this semester and immediately starting plummeting so hard I dropped 3 of 4 of my classes. So I got a full time job that pays terrible and attend one class that I'm still performing poor in. I know I need to apply myself and continue with my life. I thought of joining the Air Force(I am almost finished with enlisting), work full time and move out and suffer long time consequences, or go back to school and really try. My father and I had a discussion about all of it. We hardly talk and I think my home life really affects my performance at school. Also, is moving out and dorming somewhere a possibility? Any questions, comments, or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
