Building a General purpose Nezha, (Slight focus on 3)

My Nezha finished, and I'm currently building it to play in pretty much any mission, so I'm making it's 3 as strong as reasonably possible.
Assume I'm running as a self sufficient warframe who don't need no Energy Vampire.
Running Zenurik with it for energy regen.
Aura : CP or ES, depending on mission level.
The mods I'm running atm.

• Steel Fiber (It boosts 3's shield greatly, ala frost bubble)
• Transient fortitude + Intensify (power strength without wrecking my energy economy)
• Streamline
• Natural Talent (I feel I want as little 3 down time as possible, and it also helps cast 2 and 4 faster)
• Stretch (So I can abuse the CC of 4 more)
  6/8 mods.
  I'm debating with myself on how useful Duration is. I don't think it helps that much, only really affecting 1 and 4.
  I'm Thinking the last 2 could be flow + Quick Thinking, it means if I get nuked in high level, I have time to put my shield back up, but I'm not sure it would get that much use.
  Other options would be flow + Blind Rage, I'd probably have enough energy to ignore the eff loss, and the shield would increase massively.
  What do you all think?
