[Phimosis] 19 year old with phimosis, looking for advice

Hi, any feedback is appreciated. I'm 19 years old and have known I have phimosis for around 4 years. Erect the tip of my glans can be seen and pulling back about a quater of the glans can be seen. Flaccid around about half of the glands are visible if I pull back. From the ages of 16 to 18 I had regular protected sex and have had unprotected sex a couple of times and neither have ever caused me any discomfort whatsoever. I have experienced no pain, swelling or anything like that to do with my penis in my entire life. I don't know why but I am all of a sudden, not concerned, but curious about what I should be doing bearing in mind I've never had nay problems with my penis. Thanks
