Safety Guy looking for some ways to make safety fun.

So I'm fairly new to the safety game. My Project Manager wants me to drum up some ways to make safety more fun, involving the trades (I'm employed by a CM). I've come up with a few incentive programs, days off, money give aways etc. but I was wondering if some of y'all out there can feed me some ideas based on the stuff that's been done on yalls job. Any help is very appreciated. Thank you.
