Accepted For Fall 16! Letter and Science gateway question. Did I Mess up!?!

Apologies in advance... I am tired and on cold meds.

So, I am beyond excited to be accepted to UMD!! However, after reading more about LEP gateway classes I am getting nervous.

I let my Calc 2 grade slip and I am worried I won't recover and get the required grade for transferring into engineering.

I am busting my ass now, however if I don't get a B would that hinder my acceptance into engineering? Would retaking Calc 2 over the summer count against me? Is there anyone here that can talk more about the gateway courses required and what happens if you have to retake them.

For the record, I am normally an A/B student. I just had a rough semester... Shit happens ... But now I am worried I messed up my engineering career.
