[measurement check] and [fit check] currently 32B, calculator says 30C/D but new bras don't fit!

I'm currently wearing a 32B. I have a few issues with fit that led me here: band rides up in front, straps fall down, and gore does not touch my sternum. My measurements are as follows: Snug UB: 30 Tight UB: 28.5 Standing bust: 32.5 Leaning bust: 33.5 Lying bust: 32

I'm not 100% sure of my breast shape, but I think I am slightly fuller on bottom and maybe a bit shallow.

I purchased the following bras from Amazon in 30D and after S&S, I had problems with the bottom of the cup fitting well/slightly tight and the top of the cups wrinkling. The wrinkling wasn't gaping but rather tight on the bottom and loose up top. I also purchased Betsey Johnson Eyelet Lace Foam Demi bra in a 30C and that led to some quadboob action.

Any thoughts on what might fit me? I'm tired of constantly adjusting my bra throughout the day. I'm also confused because 32B is a sister size for me and it's clearly not working at all.
