An apology

Hello r/the_donald, OP of the 9/11 ikea post here. Just thought i'd take this opportunity to explain why i have now removed the post, and i'd like to offer my most sincere apologies.

As we all know r/sweden and this sub have recently been posting a lot of memes ridiculing one another, and while most of them have been harmless fun, i recognize that some people think i went one step too far with this one. As clearly evident by the messages i have gotten, this was not recieved in the way i had expected, probably because in sweden we have had nothing that even compared to what happened that day so i did not fully understand the implications joking about ut had to some of you. The reactions some had were not what i intended, and it was a mistake on my part to post this and so i decided to remove it.

I apologize to all americans i legitimately offended with the post, and finally, in the spirit of reconcilliation and the hopes we can put this behind us, i would like to donate 20$ to a 9/11 related charity. my beer money fund.

P.S. By the way, despite my post i love your sub, it's a nice counterweight to all the sanders posts, and far more amusing. Oh and if i were an american citizen i'd pick Trump over Hillary any day of the week.

EDIT: You know what you guys are right, it wasn't too offensive, and the money will do more good in my beer fund. In the end I probably had more complaints from swedes and berniebots than from trump supporters, glad you guys (the over 50 reporting, easily offended cucks exluded) can enjoy a good shitpost, even if it's targeting you. Keep up the high energy.
