How do I go "long" VIX?

VIX has been beaten mercilessly lately, down to around 14 from a high of nearly 30 in February.

If there is another correction, or at least a pullback short term, VIX will spike. How do I profit from VIX spikes?

I'm assuming it's through ETFs. What do you use?
