Question on iphone 6

I recently got an iPhone 6 switching from android. Liking it so far. Only problem i have with this phone is my vibration setting is turned on for both Ring/Silent. But on silent my phone wont vibrate. Turn it off, power down device. Turn it on. Nothing. Same process but rebooted after it was turned back on. Nothing.
