Quick Ruby: Squib Questions

I was using the Ruby gem, Squib, for my card game's layout last year, and I've forgotten a couple of the basics. If someone could post a quick reminder, I'd appreciate it:

1. When I open the command prompt and change the directory to my game file, how do I "run" Squib to update the output with the changes I made in the .csv?

2. How do I make it send multiple output image files onto one sheet for easy printing—or is there a better way to physically print them?
