Walking path for stroller?

Just wondering where people would recommend for me to walk with my infant... trying to get back in shape after pregnancy. I've been walking at the mall in the mornings but feel out of place (elderly, just trying to oil their joints). I don't have a jogging stroller, and walking around the block in my neighborhood is a nightmare due to uneven sidewalk every 5 steps, I have to stop and lift the front of the stroller to go on and walking on the street makes me uncomfortable.

I live in BA, but very close to 169/71st. Don't mind driving a bit. I know La Fortune is a really nice park but havent actually seen their track.
