Feeling discouraged

I post on here really often but I feel like this subeddit is really helping me get through my course, so sorry lol. Anyone out there have progress photos or stories they can share? I'm on month 3 60mg claravis, my skin was getting better and now I'm breaking out again just like I used to. I feel like I'm at square one and I'll never be clear. I reach 120mg/kg after month 4. I spoke to my derm and he said if I'm not clear by then we do 150mg/kg :(
